Judicial Faith? Ideology, Religion and the Rule of Law: A Conversation with Noah Feldman

Feldman addressed a wide range of topics, including whether religious faith is a legitimate area of inquiry in the judicial nomination process; the controversy over teaching evolution and intelligent design in public schools; and prospects for democracy in Iraq.
